The Los Angeles Kings host this year’s National Hockey League draft at Staples Center, June 25 and 26, and the tickets are Free! The Free tickets to the general public become available tomorrow, Saturday, June 5, at 10 A.M. (although there is a small $1.25 service charge added per ticket.)
There is a ticket limit of four and each ticket is good for both days of the draft. On Saturday the draft goes from 4-7:30 P.M. and on Sunday from 10 A.M. to 1 P.M. Most of the exciting action takes place on Saturday, so if you have to choose one day to go, that would be the one.
The free tickets can be found here: NHL Draft 2010
Also be sure to check out the free L.A. Kings Prospects clinic, held June 24 from 10:30-11:30 A.M. at the Toyota Sports Center in El Segundo. It’s a great chance to see some of the King’s young up-and-coming prospects up close and personal.
This is the first time L.A. is hosting the NHL draft, and the next time may not be for years, so don’t miss out!
