Free Fun Things to Do in LA for Kids: Free Bowling!

Put together 10 pins, some light-weight bowling balls and kids and what do you get? A summer full of free bowling fun. Get out your favorite bowling shirt, because, once again in 2010, bowling centers, schools and community organizations are working together to provide a fun and free bowling experience for kids all summer.

To participate, visit http://kidsbowlfree.com. Find a participating bowling center on the map and register. They are also offering discounted “family passes” to allow older kids and parents join in the fun. Age restrictions, dates, times and shoe policies vary by location.

New centers are continuing to join in, so if you don’t see one in your area, be sure to check back. Pretty soon, everyone in your family will be yelling “strike!”
